The present Privacy Policy, along with the Cookie Policy, explains how we handle personal data that we collect from you or which you submit to us. We process your personal data in a manner that ensures their security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, and accidental loss, destruction or damage by implementing appropriate technical or organizational measures.

The data we can collect from you

When you order CareMate services, we may collect from you some or all of the personal data listed below. The data we collect depends on the circumstances.

The data we can collect:

Data that can identify you, such as your first and last name, date of birth or personal identification code.

Contact details, such as your email address, phone number, and address. If you contact us, we can also register your correspondence address.

Payment and financial data, such as a bank account number, payment information.

Profiling

Profiling is any automated processing of personal data which involves the use of personal data for the purpose of assessing certain personal aspects of a natural person, in particular for analyzing or predicting aspects related to the performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement of the relevant natural person.

We may use profiling for marketing purposes, as well as to make your experience of using our Services more personal for you, based on our legitimate interests, the performance of an agreement or measures taken prior to the conclusion of the agreement, or if you have given us your respective consent.

Where and for how long do we store your personal data

All data provided by us to you will be stored on our secure servers. All payment transactions are encrypted using the technology complying with the standard of the technology industry. If we have given you (or have helped you to choose) a password that gives you access to certain parts of our Website, then you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Please do not disclose this password to anyone. If possible, you should sign out in public and shared devices after each visit. If you sell or return a computer or device in which you were able to use CareMate, you should first log off and deactivate your device. If you do not keep your password or device safe, or if you do not log off or deactivate your device, the following users may access your account and your personal data. Data transmission over the Internet is not yet fully secure. Although we will do our best to protect you, we cannot guarantee the security of your data during its transmission or assume responsibility in case of unauthorized access to it. The transmission of all data through our Website is at your own risk. Once we have received your data, we use strict methods and security measures to prevent unauthorized access to it.

Processing of your personal data will be terminated when it is no longer required. The data retention period is five years.

Transmission of data to third countries

Data collected from you may be transmitted and stored outside the European Union ("EU") and/or the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This data can also be processed by employees operating outside the EU and / or the EAA working for us or for some of our suppliers. Such employees may deal with processing your order, providing your payment details and providing support services. IP addresses

Once such data is available, we can collect data about your computer, such as your IP address, operating system, and browser type, as well as the connection speed and Internet service provider. This data is used by our system administrator and forms a base for our reports for our advertisers. These are statistics for our users' activities and regularities on the Internet that do not allow any individual to be identified.

Changes in Privacy Policy

Any future changes to our Privacy Policy will be announced on this website, see above. When appropriate, they will also be notified to you by email, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. All changes will take effect immediately, except for existing customers, for whom the changes take effect 30 days after their announcement unless otherwise noted.

Right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority

You have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aki.ee) if you find that processing your personal data violates your rights or law.
