How do we differ from other home care agencies?

See answer

All caregivers use the CareMate platform as individuals and can decide when they want to work and when not. Most agencies have a great deal of control over their employed people, but we are doing things differently to offer flexibility in working time. We want the caretakers to feel good by doing their work to provide the safest and best possible care.

What is the caregiver's hourly fee?

See answer

The hourly fee depends on the expertise of the caregiver, but as a minimum, we pay EUR 8 per hour gross. Through the business account that entered into force in 2018, caregivers can easily regulate their taxes, and the income tax rate, which should be paid from gross remuneration, is therefore 20%.

How does CareMate work?

See answer

CareMate is a secure platform where you can find regular care providers at your location at your convenience, as needed and desirable. CareMate helps you find trained people providing high-quality care, as CareMate's caregivers need to have a certificate of completion of the training needed to provide a care service. Also, background and medical check-ups are required. In addition to the aforementioned, the caregiver's competence is determined by an interview. Create your profile, choose your location and activities, and the time frame when you want to receive/provide care for reasonable money. It is also important to leave feedback as it ensures security for both yourself and to the other party.

How does the payment take place?

See answer

CareMate uses the same secure system for online payments, as many well-known companies. You can choose between different debit and credit cards when creating a user profile, and the money is transferred from there to the CareMate account after a care service visit, from which a transfer to a care provider is made once a week by paying him or her all the earnings. Your money is deposited in the CareMate account until both the customer and the provider of the care service inform that the care service has been completed. If you make long-term orders with multiple visits, the provider will still receive their income once a week after the care visits performed during the week.

See answer

Be sure to give feedback on the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
